So, the news regarding HBO canceling the 3rd Season of Euphoria was fake. Let’s talk about what we know from the upcoming Euphoria Season 3.

Undoubtedly, One of the most watched series are the ones that have a lot of adult content and drug use, so it shouldn’t come as a surprise that HBO renewed the popular drama Euphoria for a third season in early February 2022, when Season 2 wasn’t even halfway over.

The series’ explicit and frequently violent antics, including drug usage and occasionally peer aggression, are of course what makes Euphoria so unpleasant. High school students are also frequently implicated in these violent incidents. The main characters of the show are a bunch of young people, but Rue, who has already gone through treatment and relapsed when the series starts, stands out. It is loosely based on the same-named Israeli television drama. The show’s creator and director Sam Levinson served as a partial inspiration for this version of Euphoria.

For all but one episode, Levinson, who has a sole writing credit, claims that before being sober at the age of 18 or 19, “I always played about with this concept of charting a version of myself from childhood until, in its own insane, mad way, discovering drugs and the yearning for it.” The well-known Hollywood filmmaker Barry Levinson’s son, Levinson, who is now an adult, included some of his memories and experiences in the book.

When will the third season of Euphoria premiere?

The actors and crew were ready to start filming Season 2 in early 2020 after eight episodes and the Season 1 finale in August 2019. However, the COVID-19 epidemic forced a halt to production. The next round of filming began in 2021. If there are no further delays, it appears like Season 3 may start shooting later this year or at the beginning of the following one. Season 3 will likely premiere in 2023.

Are there any Season 3 Euphoria spoilers?

There have been brief web leaks of supposed Season 2 spoilers, but not yet. Spoilers coming! The Maddy/Cassie/Nate issue seems to be far from settled, and Maddy might still be able to utilize the Jules/Cal DVD in her favor about Nate and Cal. The remaining allegedly leaked spoilers suggest that Jules and Nate get back together, a character dies, and Fez loses a friend and goes crazy. Rue finds herself trying to stay sober on her own after all of this.

Even though Cal seems to have abandoned his family, Dane assures them that he will return. I happen to know that’s not the end, he has said. Elordi goes on to say that the boys are just getting started. Nate’s second brother, who has never appeared as a character on the show, might be alluded to by him.
In some ways, Euphoria’s third season is still up in the air. Will Laurie go after Rue to get the money for the stolen drugs back? Is Laurie trying to force Rue into prostitution or sexual servitude? Will Nate ever be held accountable? Can Rue ever keep up her hygiene? What effects will Rue’s actions have on her mom and little sister? How much lower can Rue go?

“It’s crucial that she sees the end of the dark tunnel, as Zendaya has remarked about her persona. “Because I believe she possesses a lot of inner beauty. Whether or not she fully understands that is her business.”

Which characters and cast members will be back for Euphoria Season 3?

The returning cast will most likely include Colman Domingo, who is her sponsor, and Zendaya.

Hunter Schafer (Jules)

Jacob Elordi (Nate)

Alexa Demie (Maddy)

Angus Cloud (Fez)

Algee Smith (Chris)

Sydney Sweeney (Cassie)

Maude Apatow (Lexi)

Dominic Fike (Elliot)

Martha Kelly (Laurie)

Storm Reid (Gia)

Unfortunately, Barbie Ferreira who played the character of Kat won’t be returning in the 3rd season of the series Euphoria. She announced on social media that she would not be returning for the third season of the well-known HBO drama. She posted an Instagram story and said “after four years of getting to embody the most special and enigmatic character Kat, I’m having to say a very teary-eyed goodbye.”
The actor allegedly argued with Euphoria creator Sam Levinson during the filming of season two; The Daily Beast reported in February that the actor momentarily fled the set. There have been rumors that during the second season of the show, as Ferreira’s character was developing, she and Levinson had a falling out.
